Being a founder, and an entrepreneur is not easy, often you feel alone and unable to share your concerns and worries with others.

Concerns and worries that often aren’t directly related to the business - they are your personal doubts and fears. They are more crippling than anything the business throws at you.

Staff, who rely on you for income, life partners who need the other sides of you, investors who want returns, peers, and a society that expects of you.

It’s time we stopped believing stress and anxiety, depression, relationship breakups, ill-health, disease, and suicide go hand in hand with success. It’s time we stopped believing the only measure of success is money and the only way to achieve that is through sacrifice.

Instead, it’s time to do things differently, to focus on well-being and when we are challenged, go deeper, to really explore what's going on in our minds, and our hearts, because when we do everything changes - if we can just stay with them a little longer.
