I’m typically engaged as a trusted advisor, confidant, and catalyst for growth and the fulfilment of potential through the quiet practices of awareness and presence, and of course, 30+ years of experience in business.

I provide insights, guidance, and space to breathe for individual leaders, CEOs, Founders, and organisations seeking balance, perspective, and growth.

A unique approach developed through immersion in traditional learning, practical life experience, modern science, and ancient wisdom.

    An entrepreneur at heart I’ve built, owned, operated, and managed businesses in multiple industry sectors since 1989, beginning with nightclubs, restaurants, and leisure facilities, later to manufacturing, marketing agencies, and technology startups to name a few.

    I’ve supported founders with strategy, growth, and fundraising and continue to do so whilst consciously embracing the advisor, mentor, and coach that’s been active in all of those roles.

    Primarily people-centric organisations, my life’s work, without me knowing it led me to develop a deep interest and understanding of human behaviour, performance, and potential which, although not always obvious, inevitably impacts personal and business performance.

    It’s this deep experience that has led to my unique approach to navigating transition, transformation, performance, and growth - to the accessing of genius and the reaching of our full potential.

    An approach that begins on the inside, with truth, awareness, and the courage to lead from the heart.

  • I spend time doing things I enjoy with people I love, so it’s here where my work with others often begins; discovering those things that are important, that make you smile on the inside, so you have a guide, measures, and balances from which to effect change.

    A meditator for 20+ years, I’ve studied ancient wisdom, explored the Vedas, the Sutras, and other texts in addition to modern science, and found my greatest teacher in the silence, in awareness, in deep listening and truthful, sometimes challenging conversations.

    A lifelong student of awareness, and presence I utilise tools and techniques such as coaching, breathwork, HeartMath, NLP, and Hypnosis, amongst other techniques to support the recovery of genius and the reaching of potential in others.

    Perhaps the most valuable of all these in helping others has been and continues to be my immersion in and the diversity of real-life experiences I’ve had, coupled with a deeply inquisitive nature, all of which have allowed me to live from a place of peace, joy, and the inherent human genius that’s available within every one of us, and that you deserve.
